Day 3: Advice

Thursday, September 5: Pass on some useful advice or information you learned and always remembered.

“You catch more flies with honey”. “Survival of the fittest”. “Be Kind”. Breathe. We are contanstly bombarded with advice from all outlets. I find the best thing for me has been a lesson reinforced by yoga. Breathe. Remember to be present and enjoy life. I find if I slow down, especially when nervous, or excited, or stressed, that it is more enjoyable if I take a deep breath and relax.

My friend and coworker and I got to comonitor together this week and she also reminded me to breathe. I was a little stressed because this my first time on my own in this role and I didn’t want to make any mistakes but we exceeded expectations and people are very happy with us. Yay!
