It doesn’t matter what your skin tone is, it will help prevent wrinkles and melanoma. I think this is the best advice I was given at 22 when I worked at the dermatology clinic. I try to wear 15 sun protection factor moisturizer every day and when exercising or spending more time outside I wear a much higher SPF!
